Welcome to Concordia

Welcome to Concordia! "Concordia" is the Latin word for "harmony" and is sometimes translated with the word "peace". "Concordia" at various times refers to the Roman goddess of harmony; an asteroid named after the goddess; several Lutheran universities; cities in Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri and New Jersey; a publishing house; various ships in the computer game Wing Commander; and even a Peruvian soft drink brand.

But for us, Concordia is a reminder of the harmony and peace that we have with a God who loves us and cares for us unconditionally — and of the harmony and peace that we can have with one another in Jesus Christ. We trust that that is what you will find at Concordia Lutheran Church.

The Story

Your story. Our story. God's story.
Beginning Sunday, August 16th, we will be embarking on a new adventure on Sunday mornings at Concordia. We will be taking a nine-month journey through God’s Word and experience His story like never before. Going chronologically from creation to Revelation, we will touch on some of the main stories of the Bible and how they still impact your life today.
