Welcome to Concordia! "Concordia" is the Latin word for "harmony" and is sometimes translated with the word "peace". "Concordia" at various times refers to the Roman goddess of harmony; an asteroid named after the goddess; several Lutheran universities; cities in Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri and New Jersey; a publishing house; various ships in the computer game Wing Commander; and even a Peruvian soft drink brand.

But for us, Concordia is a reminder of the harmony and peace that we have with a God who loves us and cares for us unconditionally — and of the harmony and peace that we can have with one another in Jesus Christ.  We trust that that is what you will find at Concordia Lutheran Church.
